PROCEDURES 1. Find the
property you want.
2. Organise a topographical survey of the land and a structural survey
of any buildings.
3. Make an offer.
4. Arrange a tax number with the tax office here on Paxos and arrange
for a lawyer to have power of attorney so that they can act for you.
5. Arrange for the contract to be drawn up and signed.
And when you have completed all this you will just need to renovate,
build or move into your Greek property!
It sounds easy but it probably won't be! But we will be here to help you
