Chris Griffiths...

Chris is the person you will meet and with whom you will spend most of
your time discussing options and ideas. Since obtaining a degree in Law
in the UK, Chris has been involved in the marketing of tourism and other
industries now for over 20 years! He has been living on the island of
Paxos for five years, speaks Greek and has been involved on the tourism as well as the property side. Chris formed Paxos
Property Agency three years ago and developed it to its present size and
position. He will find out what you are looking for, find suitable
properties or land and then oversee all the various stages of the
purchase for you.
Babis Kangas...
(based on Paxos)
Babis is a well-respected Paxiot who runs his own local travel agency
and car hire firm on the island. He will show you suitable properties or
land, guide you through all the stages of your purchase and help you
liaise with the various professionals involved.
Babis is also available to help with the project management of building
or restoration projects.

LAWYERS:
We can introduce you to our lawyers who include, Florent Kavadas and
George Palaiologos who can assist you with the purchase your property.
ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS:
We can introduce you to a number of architects and engineers, both here
on Paxos and on Corfu. They will help you to obtain the necessary
planning permission and also help you with building or restoration
projects.
BUILDERS:
We can introduce you to a number of builders on Paxos and Corfu so that
you can obtain a number of different quotations to compare.
PROJECT MANAGERS:
Once your purchase is complete, we can put you in touch a number of
experienced project managers, who will ensure that the construction goes
as smoothly as possible, that delays are kept to a minimum and that you
get the best possible value for money. They will liaise with you through us, if required.
