property work and tourism in our team and offer a wide range of services
to our clients:
Real Estate Agency – We specialise in helping people to buy and
sell building land, old houses for renovation, modern villas and
businesses on the island of Paxos and usually charge 3% commission. We
can help you to identify the type of land or property most appropriate
to your needs and also help you to find a lawyer, the most important
person when purchasing a property in Greece. If you are selling a
property, we will advertise it on this website, through the newsletters
and mailshots that we issue from time to time and in our office in
Loggos. We also have a number of clients who are looking for property on
Paxos registered with us.
Property Consultancy - For an additional fee, we can also help
you to find the perfect property that may not be on our books, including
property on other Greek islands through our various associated
companies.
Building and Renovation Project Management - Once you have
purchased your land or property, we can introduce you to a number of
architects and engineers, who can help you to obtain the necessary
planning permission. We can also put you in touch with a number of experienced
project managers, who will then either advise on the best builder for
the entire construction or organize separate builders for each stage,
which usually works out cheaper. (Alternatively, we can give you details
of builders both on Corfu and on Paxos, so that you can obtain more than
one quotation.) Your project manager will then help you to manage your
building or renovation project
to ensure that the
construction goes as smoothly as possible, that delays are kept to a
minimum and that you get the best possible value for money.
They will also provide you with regular progress reports, liaising with
you through us if this is what you would prefer.
Housing Loan (Mortgage) Advisory Service - The lawyers and
financial consultants in our team have the necessary expertise to help
you apply for a Housing Loan (Mortgage) here in Greece, should you
require this service. They can also help with other aspects of the
purchase of your property.
Funds Transfer and Currency Exchange
- We can provide you with information
about funds transfer and currency exchange.
Property Management and Maintenance - We can help with the
management and maintenance of your property, both of which will be
particularly important if you are going to be spending most of your time
elsewhere.
Rental Contract Negotiations – Once you have bought a property,
we can help you to rent it out during the summer months, and sometimes
even out of season! We can provide comprehensive advice whether you are
contemplating renting out your property through a tour operator, in partnership with them or
independently. If you are contemplating renting out your property
independently, our expertise in this field will be invaluable as we can
offer both initial advice and help with securing lettings, which we do on a

Villa Rentals – We have a number of properties on our books that
are available for rental by the week, by the month or for longer
periods. Some are even available for rental by the day in the low

Resort Services for Individual Property Owners – We are extremely
flexible and offer a comprehensive range of resort services tailor-made
to meet the specific requirements of you, your guests and people renting
your property. These include taxis to the property, ‘meet and greet’
service, welcome packs, maid service, villa visits, our 24-hour
emergency number and back-up service, the advice of our friendly
resort manager
and a range of pre-bookable activities. It is for you to decide exactly which services you
require.
Help with Travel Arrangements - We can help you to book a holiday
or flight to Paxos to view the properties you have seen on this site,
and others. And, once you have bought your property, we can help with
all travel arrangements for you, your guests and people renting your
property – flights, ferries and transfers.
Car Hire - We can arrange car hire on Paxos for you.
